Delivery

1. Delivery Areas

Batool Store proudly delivers across all Emirates of the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days.

3. Delivery Charges

•  A standard delivery fee of AED 25.

4. Tracking
Customers can track their orders on the Tracking page.

5. Conditions

• Ensure accurate address details during checkout.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional fees.

Return & Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping

• The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
